The rental price includes:
Use of bed and bath linen and kitchen linen.
Consumption of electricity and water (in the event of excessive

Internet connection WIFI with Internet and TV.
Final cleaning.
High season

Mid season
(May, June, September)

Low season

Supplement van 110 euro per week
Because of interim cleaning (after 1 week) of the villa and changing of bed and kitchen linen, towels and extra pool maintenance.
Off-Season offer
(May, June, September)
300 euros per day + 150 euros final cleaning with required minimum stay of 3 nights and not valid during school holidays.

250 euros per day + 150 euros final cleaning with a required minimum stay of 3 nights and not valid during school holidays.

(Christmas and Easter holidays)
350 euro per day + 150 euro final cleaning with required minimum stay of 3 nights and not valid during school holidays.
Mid-long term rental
Rent per month including weekly maintenance and change of kitchen, bath and bed linen.
